It has 360 protection (I'm sorry, the folio cases just do not provide enough real protection), VERY high quality stitching, and a nice big front pocket for a thin notepad/pens/business cards (I have a microfiber cloth in it) It looks great and punches above it's weight for the value. Very solid. Stealthy: honestly looks like a high quality leather writing journal. Only 2 downsides I've seen after a few weeks of ownership: getting the pencil in the slot is easy/getting it out...may take a second to get the best way and the elastic band: not sure how long it will last but should the rest prove durable could be replaced without fuss and not having to throw the case away. Overall really pleased with the price (I bought multiple cases that were more expensive at the same time to compare) and the leather look is very high quality.
