I rinse and hang over a cooling rack, a couple of glasses, other such to dry. I put it up and use it for another couple rounds of baking. **Q: can i use this on a toater oven?** A: Dear Ann, I wouldn’t recommend it, but you can try it. I frequently use it in a regular oven to line a glass baking sheet when roasting vegetables. A toaster oven is more compact so if anything, the ‘wax’ coating on the paper my melt and taint the food. **Q: The images clearly show made in the usa. the description clearly states made in france. gotta be chinese knock offs, right?** A: I just finished one package and have two of them in my supplies. They all say "Made in France" and I do not see any indication of the USA you mentioned. The company address is in the USA so they are probably just the importers.
