Purchased two 667s and they both keep having problems (loss of power or connection issue messsage). All DOcketports are on the same make computers, same op systems, same physical USB ports and same type of service. From what other readers are saying it seems like the manufacturer has a "physical" plug problem where it's not making a proper fit / connection. I've emailed the manufacture and have received NO response ... that's a bad sign right there!!!!!!!
