One of ours wouldn't clear the screen after the first time it was drawn on and after all the troubleshooting didn't work the company offered to send a replacement. It was the best customer service experience I've ever had. There was no hassle or even having to send the defective tablet back. Just a quick conversation and they have already sent the new tablet. Will definitely buy again in the future, my kids can be hard on things and this is one item I would gladly buy again. They're lightweight and easy to take with you and even my 1 year old has learned to push the button to clear the screen after scribbling

The screen is not exclusive to the stylus, so if you press hard, it does leave an imprint on there. This is just an updated version of those old drawing pads with the plastic on top (don't know if they have a name, they're like, from the 90s lol). Otherwise, it works well for quick notes, doodles, probably good for board games or something involving a notepad (so that you don't waste tons of paper! Maybe a game like Clue or pictionary?). I like that it came with extra batteries, adhesive magnets, and 3 friendship bracelets! Pretty neat! Will probably purchase another set! Lol can't really beat the price (

Amazing customer service! The writing tablets are great for the price and my kids love them!
