How to Refill:1.Please release the remaining gas in the lighter before refilling. Use a small screwdriver to press the filling hole, and slightly press the the air core to release the gas2.Put the bottom up and and then refill the lighter. Press the gas bottle for about 2-3 seconds for3-4 times.( It is normal that there may be some gas leaking out.)3.Shake the lighter for several times after making sure the gas is filled.4.Try to ignite. And if not normal, please use the screw to adjust it.NOTE:Due to air mail regulation, all lighters are come without butane gas, so please fill fuel before use.The torch lighter has super strong flame, so it's prohibited to face the body or any Inflammable things.Always keep lighter away from children.Adjust flame size from the bottom, turn the black knob at the base with little tool or screwdriver.Lighter can't be ignited at the lowest setting as there is no butane pressure at that setting.Ensure that the pressure valve is turned to the smallest side while refilling.After refilling butane, remember to wait about 3-5 minutes before igniting.Warranty:Lifetime warranty supplied for this lighter, full refund or free new replacement will be provided if lighter broken.

**Q: This won't fill or light at all.  Anyone else have this issue?  I bought two different types of butane with assorted tips, seems to fit, doesn't light**

There are 4 easy ways to check:
1. Please check whether the flame regulator is regulated too low. If the regulation is too low, no gas can get by. Please set the flames larger.
2. Please determine that the lighter is properly refilled. When you press the button, whether it hisses? And whether there is electrical radio - if it sloshes when refilling, there is already enough gas.
3. The turbo may get clogged with dust, please clean the turbo with a soft brush.
4. Check whether the radio point is in the direction of the turbo, if not, please try to turn it.

**Q: How well does this pipe lighter work in the wind?**
A: Not very well.  Cannot use when windy.  Other than that I like the lighter.  I bought a second one.

Edit: Switched from 2 star to 5 star. I initially had issues with the flame. My bad. When putting in fuel, if you twist it, it can turn down the flame output. Still not a big fan of the attached tools but could be handy and didn't distract from the feel and quality of the product. --- New to pipe smoking and this was my first lighter. Out of the box, first test click and it worked amazing. Had a nice weight and was very solid feeling. In actual use. Had constant issues with the flame being perfect (10%), barely working (50%), not working at all (40%). Spent way too much time trying to get it to work. I also spent a lot of time refilling it, which had immediate and temporary improvement before it started to struggle again. Maybe leaking? The attached tools were useless, I used once and then never again. A separate set of tools is cheap and better.
