Unfortunately, desertcart sent me a used product. It had no product info, packaging, or anything - just the item in a plain plastic bag. Boo. I contacted the manufacturer and they have AMAZING customer service. Not only did they respond right away, but they also overnighted me a new product. They explained that desertcart fulfills their orders and never should have sent out what they did! That aside, the product is really nice. It takes some getting used to for sure. I think the hardest part for me is the part under my arms. I like the reminder to have correct posture - no question - but it is taking me a bit of time to adjust to having something under my arms. It's not uncomfortable, but you know it's there. I have been wearing it a lot at my desk particularly at the end of my work day when I tend to be tired of sitting and really slouch. So I wear the device at the computer mostly, and it doesn't interfere with the chair back. I see it as a long term process, wearing it more according to the clear instructions. With daily use and following the instructions, you can really feel and notice the difference.
