Ever since I was a teenager, several of my joints would 'pop' and I became accustomed to it. Sometimes the 'pops' were a little painful or just annoying, but always relieving nonetheless. Like a relief of pressure. I regularly use dietary oils and MSM to help with the joints and muscle inflammation which has generally worked well for me. If I reduced my intake of either of those or if my exercise volume increased (with no increase in oils or MSM), I notice more joint and muscle pain. However today, after only 3 days with this product, there is no general stiffness and my muscles didn't fatigue as quickly as before. I suspect then that I have been mineral and/or bicarbonate deficient since my teenage years. Also, I'm not sure if the minerals make me feel mentally calmer due to the support of my nervous system or due to the more relaxed state of my joints and muscles. I don't know if my saliva or blood alkalinity have increased, but that's not important to me. Improving the capacity to remove waste, toxins, etc from the body is the desired result.
