I opened it and it’s very gooey. How do you make it unsticky or should I return it even tho it’s open** A: Good Morning! I am sorry you putty is sticky. Try taking it out of the can and kneading it and play with it for a little bit. I had another one returned for it being too sticky and once I got it back, I played with it for a while and it is fine. I think if they sit for a while, they can be a little sticky at first. If you want to return it, I will give you a full refund. just begin a return on Amazon adn they will send you a label for it to be sent back. It is your choice. Zero value ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ By far my favorite! *by A***R on 21 August 2019* By far my favorite Crazy Arron’s Thinking Putty. This one not only smells good but the texture is soft and fluffy, which is different then the other ones I own. The tin is smaller then the other ones I have. But it is the perfect amount because I usually break off a piece of the bigger tins. Both times I have ordered putty it was hard to get the tin open and the putty was all over the lid, but when it ships it doesn’t stay sitting flat so that’s not a big deal for me. All you have to do it get it out and play with it. When you store it lay it flat. I have never had any of this putty dry out and I always make sure to put it back in the tin wen finished. I will definitely be buying more.
