Any suggestions to get the cards to work? is it defective?** A: We had trouble with ours for the first little while. We discovered if you hold it up against the reader longer it works every time. Hold it up and don’t move it until it beeps that it’s read the card. **Q: Would someone please take a picture of the instructions and post? ours seems to have disappeared with christmas wrap. i can't find them online. help.** A: i located a video of the puppy on youtube, perhaps starting from there may help, at least you can ask the person that bought it & posted the video **Q: Does anybody have any tips on how to hold the dang top of the battery compartment down so I can get the screws back in ..** A: VERY difficult… I actually thought I got the wrong C batteries. I had to use my left elbow and put all my weight on it, then do the screws in alternating corners. VERY frustrating. The first one we ordered didn’t work, so that was the second time putting batteries in… Lo and behold, the second one doesn’t work consistently either. **Q: Is this product available?** A: Yes still available ## Frequently Bought Together - My Fuzzy Friends Sky Rocket Moji Interactive Labradoodle - Amazon Basics 4-Pack C Cell Alkaline All-Purpose Batteries, 1.5 Volt, 5-Year Shelf Life --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.ae/products/370981785-my-fuzzy-friends-sky-rocket-moji-interactive-labradoodle](https://www.desertcart.ae/products/370981785-my-fuzzy-friends-sky-rocket-moji-interactive-labradoodle) --- *Product available on Desertcart United Arab Emirates* *Store origin: AE* *Last updated: 2026-10-08*
