Will it hold up year long under all weather conditions?** A: I would not use this anywhere it would have exposed edges, Including where do you need two piece sheets together to cover a larger section. The wires are very thin and the edge wires can come loose easily. Since The sheets are only 12 inches wide, it would have to be a very small pen to cover without having any overlapped edges, which would be sharp and prone to unraveling. I do not think he would want to use this the way you are describing. For a rabbit pen, I would think that a vinyl coated wire fence would be perfectly fine. The sheets are stainless steel, though, and should last forever, even outside. **Q: Can I use replace my kitchen hood filter with this? Does it trap grease?** A: No, you would need a much finer screen with smaller open spaces to trap grease. I use these to sift garden soil which falls through easily. **Q: would these keep a squirrel out?** A: Yea, it's stainless steel. Nothing could get thru this with the exception of ants or maybe termites. I can recommend this product if the described physical parameters meet your requirements. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ sturdy wire panel *by J***S on June 19, 2024* i bought these steel wire panels because i need some heavy duty screen to cover up two 4" vent pipes from my house. The purpose is to keep small animals out of my sewer pipes to prevents clogs or venting issues since my two vent pipes were left open and uncovered on the ends where a squirrel could enter and cause problems. The wire appears to be of a Strong stainless steel style wire which is very hard to cut and will become Very sharp if you do- get the bandaids ready if you do! But, if you need a STRONG wire panel to limit access to a pipe or small area this is very good wire and can be bent to change the shape slightly. It is working for me now that i cut and bent it over the end of two 4" pipes, just required me putting a heavy duct tape around the edges to prevent future cuts when handling it.
