I have used others and they unscrew/open by themselves** A: it fell apart several times. luckily i found the tiny screw and the accompanying parts.. i had to screw it together. 4 out of 10. **Q: Is this magnetic metal?** A: No. It’s not magnetic. It is a very nice clip on one end and a screw “clip” or “clamp” on the other with nice braided leather in between.
