One gave me a website which mentioned it would take approx a week for me to receive and the shipping price cost more than the part and the other store gave me an address of a nearby parts store which was closed for the 4th of July weekend. I then went on Amazon and easily found the part needed for my dryer and gave a list of all the different dryer models it fit and because of Amazon Prime shipping was free and I actually received it the next day and the parts store was still closed .
