I purchased this because of the flexibility it provides for the future of my whole home music system. I'll update as I own it longer, but just got it and am testing it out. The amp weighs in at about 40 lbs, so make sure you have a good place for it. It fires up with no problem. The phoenix connectors make a very secure connection and ease of installation since you can pop them out to terminate the wire and then pop back in to connect to the amp. The sound is good out of my speakers. They have more power than with my previous configuration. I'm very pleased so far. I have a Sonos Connect plugged into the bus input and will probably expand in the future with more Connects as I need them. I will try to keep an eye on the auto function as I've heard of it failing prematurely. So far it worked fine. I will be testing out the standby power draw to confirm that it is going to sleep when nothing is plugged in.
