Will not harm moths in their cocoons or while they are eggs and won’t bother silverfish that come out from hiding after dark. Will definitely purchase again. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It works on bees..... *by M***R on July 11, 2022* I first saw this product on a YouTube video....a man was using it to spay bees who had built a nest in the wall of his home. And it seemed to be working. So as it is a contact killing spray... and the fact that I had a swarm of bees take up residence in the walls of my barn I though I would give it a try instead of hiring an expensive exterminator...which can cost anywhere from $1200.00 to $2400.00 to get rid of them. I also invested in a Innovations GPS0205 Gotcha Spray Pro and a 7 to 24ft extension pole. My barn is two stories and the bee entry was about 18ft up on the wall. I waited until about 15 minutes before dark...when the bees are not active and shot the spray into the hole for about 1 minute. When I stepped back I could hear thousands of them....so I left and returned the following night to do the very same thing....the second night I heard very little bee activity.....day three and during the day I checked to see if any bees were still coming out or going in......not one bee.....565 Plus XLO simply works...while it is a tall can it is a little on the spendy side but for me was worth every penny and I still have half a can in case I have another problem.....best advice.....spray at night.....during the day some can escape and you will get stung....and I speak from experience....I highly recommend this product! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ GO HARD or GO BACK INSIDE!!! *by D***E on July 17, 2018* Folks, let me say I am typically a subscriber to live-and-let-live. I know us humans have overpopulated this Earth and invaded the homes of just about every species. So I'll apologetically say I HATE just about any creature that stings. Wasps, bees, hornets - you name it. I DETEST them. Recently, quite literally stumbled upon a yellowjacket nest as I mowed my grass last week. I was only able to identify them because the effers left an unforgettable impression upon me via a location only a few yards away when I weed-eated about a year ago. I've been stung by everything and, let me tell you, these things are the worst.So, you'll believe me when I tell you that I am writing this review with a SMUG-AS-HELL expression on my face having just come in from launching an all-out assault on this nest. Bonus was watching only one of them (betting it was the queen because it was large) make it to the edge of the hole only to tumble back in as I launched additional sprays and puffs of dust. THIS STUFF WORKS ON ALL INSECTS!!!! From black widows, to wasps, to fire ant hills!! Kills fast! I was surprised when I tried it on a large fire ant hill that just kept relocating in our yard. I tried every kind of fire ant mount killer (so not safe for my dogs and children) but they just packed up and moved a few yards away. I took a large bucket placed it over the ant hill and sprayed up in the bucket and placed the bucket back down on the hill. About 10 min later I went out for a sneak peak and only a few were still crawling around twitching. That was three weeks ago and no new hills have shown up.
