The company/desertcart fully refunded the amount with no problem. original review- I just installed this shower, and generally, most of the features work as expected. However, the hot/cold water mixing valve on my product does not seem to be working properly. As the mixing valve is turned toward hot, the water flow is slowed, and when turned fully to the max hot position, the water flow ceases entirely. As such, the valve does not allow enough hot water into the system for the shower temperature to rise above 86 degrees F, a very cool shower temperature as we prefer hotter showers in the 92 F range. Not sure if this is a defective valve or some anti-scald safety feature that is badly calibrated. I have written to the company to see what can be done.
