Insert the bit, then pull it back out by a small distance and tighten the collet. Bits bottomed out have a habit of coming loose. **Q: what size bit fits this router** A: 1/4" shank. Maximum bit diameter 0f 1 3/8". With a maximum bit diameter of 1 3/8" don't attempt to make heavy cuts as that could tend to over load the motor. Take light cuts and increase depth or horizontal cuts incrementally as long as they don't affect router speed or loading. **Q: you can have with bulb voltage 220??** A: Always check the data plate for the correct operating voltage required to run the tool. Never run a tool that is placarded as 115 VAC on a 200 to 220 VAC source. Vice a Versa, a tool that is placarded for 220 VAC will not work on a 115 VAC source. So, any "bulbs" would have to match the input voltage. Check with a hardware store or tool repair location. **Q: where is it made?** A: The best that I can answer is that it was assembled in Mexico according to the labeling on the router.
