The instructions are completely useless..My advice use the video on YouTube and you'll stand a chance , Once I finally finished it , it's not a bad ladder , my low score are for very difficult assembly. You would think for $300 bucks almost that you wouldn't have to drill all your own holes ! Or need a mallet to put it together ! All the while your smashing a 300 dollar ladder, leaving marks and dings in somethy brand new! There has to be a better way ! Come on confer get your engineers on it already !
