A: Not sure

**Q: Does this need to be refrigerated immediately or only after bag is opened?**
A: Freeze.

**Q: Will my cheese still be good been sitting 4 weeks sealed in room temperature.  Just came in a box with no dry ice or anything**
A: I put mine in the fridge, it was there for two wks

**Q: Can you provide an ingredient label please?**
A: I do not currently have a package of that product; however,  it worked out quite well in smoked summer sausages and hot sticks. Did not melt and had a good flavor. I would have preferred more spice, but it would be good for most people.  I  just added more spice to my venison pork mixture.

This cheese really held up to smoker temperatures. Not sure if it would keep its shape in higher temperatures, but it’s used for homemade cured and smoked summer sausage and for that application it was perfect. Initially, I thought that the cubes were too small, but the size is ideal for incorporating them into the meat. The flavor was not spicy at all, but the recipe we use includes peppers and hotter seasonings, so it worked. Will purchase this again for the next batch.
