**Q: How do you remove the case?? It’s extremely hard to take off**
A: It does have a bit of suction on the face, but I just put my fingernail under the case near the Digital Crown and side button and gently ease it up. It will come off. I pull it off near the buttons to avoid breaking the delicate area around the Digital Crown.

**Q: Will this case protect my watch during a mud 5K run? I don’t want the speakers or the dial on the side to be ruined by the mud.**
A: The case does not cover the speakers or the dial. However the watch is already waterproof

**Q: which color matches the Apple rose gold?  The "original rose gold" or the "rose gold"**
A: Original rose gold

**Q: I took a shower and now water is under the case. What do I do?**
A: Send the case back because it must be B defective because it clearly says that one of the main functions of this case it to keep water from getting in between the main glass on the Watch and there screen protector.

Look and feel of the product is great. But came across two issues which kind off beats the purpose of getting this. Context: I play badminton regularly and bought this to protect the watch from scratches and scuffs. 1. While playing, invariably there is sweat that flows and gets accumulated between the watch and the screen. And that renders the touch screen useless. 2. While the cover fits the watch well, a decent rub will pop it out. And both of these are very likely to happen when you play sports.
