**Q: Is the taupe #1 the lighter shade than cool blonde #2? all the pomades are taupe, and they seem too dark for me.**

A: Once it’s been opened and used it can’t be returned.

**Q: What do i do if i got an empty Amazon package? The item i ordered is not in the package at all.**
A: This has happened to me a couple tomes over the years.  When I received the packaging I just sent it back as a return explaining what happened. When I got the empty box I called Customer Service.  They sent out the missing porosity at no additional charge.  With these chatbots you'll have to select other or the equivalent so they understand they can't help you.  It'll be alright they'll help you
