Fully charged it, only then for the charge, indicated by 4 lit up bars, to go from 4 to 3 then to zero (device completely drained) in an instant. Left me in a hugely compromised position whilst out hillwalking in remote part of the Scottish Highlands (Fisherfield). Totally undermined the point of buying the device and carting it about. It's not cheap and it's heavy too. All in all it's a very poor product from the previously excellent company Biolite. Avoid at all costs. Also, no response yet from the company fulfilling the order under the bonnet of Amazon (Base Camp Food - who are they? I've bought this from Amazon, why can't I do a simple return to Amazon, ffs?), so I don't even know if I'm going to get a refund. Overall, a really dreadful experience.
