If I’m in a lot of pain still & have time I will soak in the morning before work. I think the dosing is 2 tablespoonsful. I only use one, and it still helps. I used 2 originally, but as my supply has gotten low, I decreased the amount I used & I still get the same result. There are oils mixed in with the salt, and those oils stay on my skin after the soak, providing a lasting soothing effect. I just ordered my second bag of this.
