Overall, it’s a great multivitamin with a good range of essential nutrients, and the quality is what you’d expect from a trusted brand like Centrum. My mom feels it’s a well formulated supplement and appreciates the health benefits it offers. However, the main downside is the size and form of the tablet. Since it’s a capsule and quite hard to swallow, she doesn’t take it as regularly as she should. For anyone who has difficulty swallowing capsules, this could be an issue.
