In some other listings, the grey on the hat was a bit lighter and I was a bit worried that in person it would be more of a light grey color like in the other listings. Despite that, I still bought it because I really wanted it and I just hoped it would be a darker grey. Luckily, I just got the package today and when I opened it, I was pleasantly surprised. It was so much bigger than I thought it would be and it was a dark grey! (I want to clarify to other possible buyers this so they know what to expect and won't be as confused as I was before I bought this) It was quite a dark grey (the brown is also as portrayed in the photos; it's a dark brown too) and felt so soft! ^^ I am VERY satisfied with this purchase and would purchase this as a gift for someone. I live in a hot climate but for those that are buying this for winter, I totally think this could work and be very warm. The quality is great and the hat looks very well made. And for those that are wondering, I've seen some other reviews say that the pompoms are easy to fall off but they're vey well secured to the hat and I don't think they would come off unless you pull on them really hard.
