That’s why we created a sheath that is “Universal Enough” to accommodate several tools of various sizes.For the cover, we decided that using a strong magnetic cover is the way to go. Leatherman Wave in the middle with a double sided bit set. Each item in its own space so everything is easy in and out. The magnet on the flip lid is strong. Review: I have a leatherman arc and this sheath fits two bit kits the bit extender and the arc perfectly snug! I have no issues pulling the arc out of the sheath, but I will say it sometimes gets stuck to the magnet as your pulling it out, it has no effect on its usefulness to quickly access your multitool! It is not heavy and fits with very well on a belt it seems to be a great design and I have found it to be one of my better purchases for a sheath. Although the side pocket is elastic it likely won’t stretch enough to fit flash light with one inch in diameter. An idea we have is if your flash light has a pocket clip you may be able to clip on to the side instead of insert into the pocket. Is it possible with this sheath?** A: Both the belt ring and metal clip facilitate carrying the sheath vertically. Besides, the closing flap is held with weak magnet and gravity helps keeping it in place. If you wear the sheath horizontally on your belt, the flap might be inadvertently opened if brushed by your swing arm, for example. It’s sub-optimal to wear the sheath horizontally, if you can somehow manage it. **Q: Will this fit the surge not the plus** A: Fits the Surge plus all the bits and also two extensions **Q: Will this fit the leatherman OHT and a stream light wedge flashlight?** A: Thank you for reaching out. We checked the spec of OHT and it shows 4.5 inch when closed, same as Leatherman Surge so we are confident this sheath will fit the multitool. As for the flashlight we check the photo, size on Amazon and don't think it will fit along side with your OHT. I was in a flap so I got this Leatherman Sheath Replacement and getting a spare. It has rigid walls but is flexible to allow a snug fit with the two bit magazines and your Wave or Surge. It would probably loosen up a bit when used for a while to allow a more quick draw release of your tool….I’m using mine for a Stanley knife, with flashlight and 1/4” Wera ratchet wrench. The flap covers the two elastic side pockets so if the elastic didn’t quite grip a thin flashlight or bit extender it won’t fall out. I also like the magnetic latch, as it has 2 settings, 1 for the Surge and 1 for the Wave, so even with my Stanley knife it closes snug to it.
