I found this set to be well made, worthy of a dress up and most of all very comfortable. I put the buttons on the outside.Recommended.I really can't speak about customer service, except to mention that I did try to contact then twice with fitting questions , and got no reply. I ordered the navy suspenders and due to a packaging error. I received the more expensive leather version. I contacted the company and made them aware of the issue and they immediately offered to send out another pair although I had explained that do to an upcoming wedding I had decided to keep the leather pair. While I feel that I got my money’s worth and they don’t necessarily owe me another pair. It’s nice to know true customer service still exist.
