Review: Very helpful and enjoyable to use - I had never seen lifting hooks in the gym before and did not know anything about them. I found out about them from a friend who is an engineer and was on the Penn State swimming team. So, he knows about biomechanics and sports training and when he recommended them I paid close attention. It is amazing the things one can learn if one listens, eh? Anyway, I like using them at the gym and they enable me to increase the amount of weights I can pull since they take the strain off my fingers. They are useful for certain exercises like rows where you are pulling a bar or handle towards you. I have not found a way to use them for other types of exercises like bench presses where you are pushing the bar away. However, you can keep them on your wrist at all times if you want since the hooks can hinge out of the way when you are not using the hooks. Another thing i like is that you can also wear gloves if you want to while you are using the hooks. These are very well-constructed and sturdy. I have had them for a few months and I don't see any sign that they will fall apart. For example, the velcro is very sticky and the straps are very thick and robust. I sometimes wonder why lifting hooks are not used more often at the gym. If anyone out there know of any reasons why they are not more popular or if there are any drawbacks to using them please let me know. I would greatly appreciate your input.

I had never seen lifting hooks in the gym before and did not know anything about them. I found out about them from a friend who is an engineer and was on the Penn State swimming team. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Durable and healing

4-6 minutes a day bar hanging for past 3 months. Could never do that without hooks without straining wrists badly. Convinced is really helping both my severely injured shoulders heal along with very light DB lifts front, side, rear, palms toward floor. Tried other stuff for 2-3 years with no real change. It's slow tho Main point here-No visible signs of wear yet at weight 175 lb so would call them well made.
