Also makes it easy to tape CO2 cartridges and gel packs to it. Love the Garmin clip on (required slight modification to work). Does not seem to work with other bottles very well, must use the one that it comes with. I was oping to use a larger one but did not have any luck. Refilling works quite well. The velcro holds the bottle in solid. Use a large rubber band to hold the straw in perfect position while riding. Review: Before acquiring this product I found it difficult to maintain pace and form on training rides when having to pause to take in water. This product fixed that problem by having water available without having to reach for bottles or change positions. Water whenever i needed was a big improvement. Some minor adjustments with the straps holding the bottle and to position and steady the tube position helped cutomize for my preferences. Also fits other bottle sizes so can be changed out. F2 is similar to A2 meaning it uses a standard Specialized "Purist" style bottle so you can use a different bottle if you want (larger, insulated, etc). The F1 is aero, fills the center triangle of your bike and had a large capacity. Both F1 and F2 can be used with a road bike. **Q: Does the A2 threaded cap work with Elite Fly bottles?** A: Thanks your interest in the Speedfil A2. Due to the thinner walls and different cap profile of the Elite Fly bottle we do not consider this to be compatible with the A2. If you are looking for an alternate bottle to use with the A2 a Specialized branded Wide Mouth bottle is compatible. **Q: Can one use other generic bike bottles or do you have to use the proprietary one? Trying to get a larger capacity bottle, many thanks and good racing** A: Thanks for your interest in our Speedfil products. Yes you can use other bottles as long as they have the same threads. Any Specialized brand bottle will work and you can use a 21oz bottle or the larger 24 oz. There might be a few other bottle brands out there that will work. We do know that Polar brand bottles do not fit. I hope this helps Speedfil. **Q: How do you attach the water bottle to your aerobars? Do you have to buy the Z4 cage?** A: I did buy the cage.
