Review: Great Condition. - i am still on my iphone 8 as i tend to buy new and keep for a long time. bought this as a refurb as i like the size of the mini. easy to set up via my ipad (8 is way too old to do it!) it was slow charging using the old usb plug connection and my wireless charger, but once plugged straight into a usb port it charged normally. arrived quickly with personal notes and instructions inside, came with a plug, charging cable and a clear case - really nice and unexpected. the phone itself has one tiny mark on the bottom, other than that it is perfect, can’t see any scratches and it’s a gorgeous colour. providing the battery keeps going, i would definitely recommend and would use again.
Review: Disappointing and not as advertised - This was listed as in excellent condition, so there should have been no scratches on the screen. However, there was a small scratch on the bottom left. It could be seen and felt with a fingernail, so it was fairly deep. This really should have been checked before it was listed. Battery life was 84%, which is ok. But I'm not sure where the term renewed comes from. Anybody can reset an iPhone. Phone was returned

Visually looks like new. Battery shows 98%. Transfer from the old phone all good. And the mini is a much better size. Early days yet but with the one year cover, I’m not worried.
