It is lightweight and the material can be washed which is great for accidental spillage. It has 3 compartments in it with enough room to put several grocery bags inside and not have to worry about them rolling around in the back of the car. It's easy to pick up with handles and move around but I did put some velcro on the bottom of it and in the car to help hold it in place so it doesn't slip around while driving and found that to be very helpful. I do wish is was a bit more rigid as others mentioned and is probably the only flaw should you consider it one. Will certainly be buying another for our very tiny car as it's a great value and solves a really big problem with items rolling around the back.
