The accessories are a gimmick i.e. the tennis racket with the switch controller in it. The only thing required is the game and the switch controllers. You do get a leg strap in the box which helps connect the switch controller to the players leg for the football mini game and my kids said they would like another for when they play against each other, but its not a must, it just makes it more interactive. **Q: Has anyone lost weight from using this?** A: Did not lose weight but it definately keeps you fit.
