A few weeks ago, I was struck by a vehicle while riding my bike and made a hard impact with the ground after being thrown off my bike. My head hit the ground, but this helmet protected me completely. Surprisingly, the only damage it sustained were minor scratches and dents. I can’t imagine what would have happened if I had been using a budget helmet!
