Between video and sound equipment getting into all this is very expensive and I was considering a $300 mic as I want quality until I saw this one. Figured for $12 it was worth a shot with it's good reviews it mostly had one person said he was switching from the expensive mic to these. After I ordered I am pleased with my results so far. When I initially put it on it hurt and was not comfortable but made a few small adjustments to make it fit my larger ear and fixed that right up. The audio sounds good and I am not getting any feedback. It has a mini 3 pin xlr for the plugin connector.I will definitely be ordering more of these for my other microphones!***So as an update as I have been playing with sound quality and recording my seminars. The sound for this as far as people listening to me in the moment is just fine. However when recording for purposes of making a cd out of it or sound for a video the recorded sound is fairly scratchy and more has the quality of a free conference call recording give or take. Normally in the past I have used an $80 usb mic for this which has superior results comparatively.
