There is a NANO version of each product for small tanks. The ParO is concentrated and too much for a five gallon or small tank. I cured two fish in larger tank but when switched to isolation tank to clean larger tank I ended up killing two otherwise healthy fish. Don't make the same mistake. Always use air stone for increased oxygen when using meds ad or increasing temperature. I have had success with aquarium salt too. Review: It worked & saved some baby clownfish which had Brooklynella. One of the fish took a long time to recover and I kept them all in Ruby Rally Pro for a lot longer than you are supposed to - it seems to be pretty gentle & they all eventually recovered.
