We tape homemade letters one at a time to the coconut tree after making them climb it. Our kids love it. Large and sturdy. Easy to attach to wall with double sided tape. I find these cardboard classroom decor cutouts much easier to apply than vinyl stick-on wall decor products. It took less than 10 minutes to set up nicely. I did carefully punch out the shapes so as not to accidentally tear anything and it worked out fine.
