If you're savvy enough to get a VI in LabView or get MATLAB to do the data logging for you, chances are it's probably a better use of your time to just buy FlukeView Forms unless you're a broke student in which case - it is possible.If you've a Fluke 289, you'll want the cable to update the firmware to resolve the issue with light getting into the top where the IR port is and screwing up your readings. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It works ... *by D***V on April 23, 2021* I purchased this to upgrade the firmware in my Fluke 289 and I also because I'm thinking about getting the forms software sometime down the road.
