On the downside - be prepared, as it contains sulfur and Turpentine - so you will want/need to cover all your furniture for the duration of the treatment (it's a bit oily and yellow and can stain if you aren't careful), and it's not a pleasant odor - but it seems to be what it takes to kill off the mites that burrow into the skin. So far, I'm happy with the results - will be curious to see where we are with it in another 4-6 weeks!
