Nice front wheel riser block that serves its purpose really well. It is sturdy molded plastic with a graduated interior design to fit both road bike tires and mountain bike tires, and it has non-slip integrated rubber skid pads to protect from floor damage. It sufficiently raises my front tire for a more natural riding position when I have my bike positioned on my bicycle indoor exercise trainer. I would certainly recommend.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Adaptable for the price.

I bought this to build my own smart trainer front wheel steering mechanism for Zwift mountain biking. It's sturdy but not really wide enough to take a 2.4" wide front mt bike tire. Ideally it takes a 2" wide tire maximum. I mounted it on a lazy Susan with self tapping screws and found that it's very solid inside. I zip tied my front wheel to it so I couldn't pull the wheel out while steering furiously down the VR race course. It's working well for the price and thus deserves 4 stars considering -It's pretty solid. -It's half the price of the other options or even less.
