Review: Easily installed. - This is a great product and easily installed by my son.. Economic and within guidelines. Definitely recommend .
Review: Impossible to twist off for battery change. You need to buy a new one each time. - Everytime the battery needs changing in one of these I cannot for the life of me twist it off the change it. I have to use so much force I break it and need to buy a new one. Why don't manufacturers test their products to see if they are actually practical. I've now changed them all and was very happy when I smashed each one under my boot before putting them in the bin.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Apart from pressing the black button, is there something extra to do that I'm not aware of? I cannot get these to link. I'm nearly deaf testing them.**
A: If you are having trouble press the reset button before trying to get them to link. Always press the reset after unsuccessful tries.

**Q: I've just sent these ones back as they state mains operated and need wired....can they also be used without being hard wired?**
A: Yes.  I have mine fixed using 3M magnetic connections.  Very simple to install and interconnect.  The magnetic connections means they are easy to move/replace.

**Q: Description misleading. I asked for battery operated and been sent mains powered with battery "back-up". In the event of a fire will i be insured?**
A: .these are the ones that people were told to buy at the time they work with bluetooth.and have a 10 year life so once they're done u have to replace them

**Q: Advert doesn't specifically include BS numbers/standards - is this in the blurb in the boxes? Will need to show to prospective purchaser etc**
A: I think everything is in the boxes
