I used the rear speaker wires in the passenger side pillar between the doors for a high level input. For a subwoofer amp only one side is necessary. You just have to connect both positive wires on the high level plug to the positive speaker wire in the pillar and both negative wires for the plug to the negative. The sound is very good and I would have given 5 stars but the amp was installed on the one I received with the plug for power and ground facing towards the cab instead of towards the rear of the truck making it more difficult to get the wires to look decent.
