Trying to steer away from cosequin we tried the heart health supplement and the joint supplement and my dog absolutely refused to eat her food when it was mixed with it. We tried mixing it with peanut butter and that didn’t work. Tried adding a little water to it and then mixing it with a combo of wet and dry food and she still would not eat it. Call me crazy but I decided to taste a small amount of the supplement myself to see if I could notice anything and we’ll it tasted terrible and if a dog can smell the way it tasted to me I would also stay away from it.
