**Q: How do you secure it to view vertically besides horizontally? I don’t see how the insert spins as one review stated.**
A: It does not spin, just sits up horizon.  To have it sit up vertically you would have to lay it against something.  My Ipad  tablet holder spins, but not this universal.  Sorry, if the ad does not say it spins, then it does not spin.

**Q: Will it protect !my tablet if I drop it?**
A: As all cases go, it depends on how it's dropped.  So far, ours has fallen from a high of about 2.5 ft and survived.

This one I know a a lot about because I see it in use every day and it is most apropos for it protects the tablet very well, and it's very colorful easy on the eye. She is getting very good.Use out of the the tablet cover. The cover looks great and is very lightweight, so not a problem with handle, and it has the ability to upright the tablet so that she can use it more easily and reduce The Strain on her eyes. The colors are very nice as well.I like the way it looks. It fits very well to the tablet, not too large, not too small.
