I used thr charging port flap last night for the first time to charge my phone. This morning thr flap does not want to stay closed.I had to replace my phone. That means the hunt for a good case begins. This really isn't ot.The information is misleading. It says screen protector over and over as if it is attached. But it is not. Some places tbe onfo leads you to think oh good it is and then it fools you and says it isn't. Sad.It is the cheap kind that comes off on minutes. Sad.I got the brushed metal tank. But it really is a hard plastic that feels like it mau crack. We will know over time.This case is made for the edge. But you really can't use the edge. Can't read it use it's great functions as the case covers them. Bummer!I don't know if I will keep this case. It may get sent back because it really isn't what I am looking for.Seems a bit false in advertising to make an edge case where the edge can't be used. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ My bad. My bad. If I would have kept on reading I would have seen that the color was white. The screen protector is a piece of plastic. soft not rigid and it sticks on the glass. It bubbles up on one side always so I am not anticipating that it will last long. I haven't dropped my phone and I hope if I do it is protected. The rest of the phone is good the glass is the worry. I also don't use the belt clip. Really hard to get the phone in and out of it one handed and I will drop the phone if I use it. But it was cheap and I am okay with it ### ⭐ Back to the drawing board for this product!! *by E***Y on Reviewed in the United States on September 12, 2018* This Covrware product is not worth even a 1-star rating based on long it lasted before broke. The product consists of a full-body case, a full-coverage screen protector and a full-body "rugged" holster. The screen protector did assemble to my phone's screen sufficiently well and does give scratch protection, but, it is slightly too thick --- so much so that one has to apply a lot of pressure to the protective film to get the touch-screen to respond -- more pressure than should be necessary. I can live with that. But, the biggest negative is the holster into which the full-body case and phone fits. The material, according to the advertisement, is made of polycarbonate and the clip which holds in the phone in the holster fatigued after only TWO weeks use. Clearly, the material Covrware for the construction is not the right material. If the manufacturer had done some repetitive testing of the phone snapping into place into the holster, they would have quickly seen that the material simply will not last very long and ends up cracking fairly quickly and finally breaking off completely. TWO weeks -- that's all it lasted. One good note, but it doesn't make up for the two criticisms listed, the full-body case does protect the phone -- that's all that is worthwhile on this unit.
