Product Description Smartseal Polyurethane Block Paving Sealer which was designed for both commercial & residential applications is sure to be the ideal sealer for you. Boasting incredible durability, & superb resistance against not only oil but staining & spillages alike in heavily-trafficked areas. Due to its low viscosity prepolymer solvent base, it's incredibly hard-wearing and works to solidify jointing sand deep within the joints. Once this is done, movement and green growth in-between block paving is completely inhibited and you won't have to worry about green growth like moss, algae and lichens! Not only this but it's been proven to reduce ant infestations and is totally UV resistant. Smartseal Block Paving Sealer - Polyurethane (Ultra Durable) Application Guide; Ensure that Block Paving is completely cleaned from dirt, grime & debris. Once Block Paving has had 3-4 dry days after cleaning, with at least 8 hours no rain forecast you can begin. Apply two coats of Block Paving Sealer onto the surface with a roller or squeegee. First coat must be applied gently. Allow 24 hours for sealer to completly cure to the Block Paving. How does it work? Smartseal Polyurethane based Block Paving Sealer is a low viscosity prepolymer, Solvent-based sealer. Mainly designed for commercial Block Paving due to the ultra-durability. Our formulation of Polyurethane Block Paving sealer has been recommended by many experts in the construction industry as one of the best on the market. BENEFITS HIGHLY STAIN RESISTANT CHEMICAL & OIL RESISTANT UV RESISTANT, PROTECTS BLOCK PAVING FROM COLOUR LOSS SOLIDIFIES JOINTING SAND REDUCES ANT INFESTATIONS PLEASE NOTE Do NOT attempt to use the product in damp conditions. Sent for a sample tin (which was not cheap) and the tin I was sent was very small - could maybe cover one or two blocks. I was expecting to be able to cover a reasonable area to try since it is quite an expensive product but could not. When I asked to return the sample unopened I was told I had to pay the postage myself. So a good idea to try a sample but it hasn’t worked out. In the end I cut my losses and put it down to a bad example of customer experience with that company.
