Thanks.** A: Can you? Sure. Should you? NO. To be done right the terminal should be removed and thoroughly cleaned of all cossosion, then, apply the protective spray. Spraying it over corrosion wont stop it. If you cant get the terminal off, spray or pour vinegar and water on it to dissolve. Let it dry completely, then spray the terminals.
