I personally use Voicemeeter Banana to connect everything and even add some effects and it's all in real time. Your problem would be that all the analog to digital and back to analog conversion is going to add a noticeable delay, no matter what. To do what you want you would need an audio mixer (sound board) and just have the pc speaker be one of the inputs along with the microphones. If you want to do this all through the PC you would need to install an OS dedicated to getting the lowest latency out of your hardware (maybe elk OS, a linux-based operating system), and even then it might not be enough **Q: Will this work with Windows 10?** A: I have tried with 3 different windows 10 machines and cannot get the microphone to work.
