The black Travel Backpack 30L from Peak Design is a bag that can serve as the core of a versatile transportation system for photographers, multimedia creators, and dedicated travelers. Padded sleeves for a tablet and a 15" laptop assure your sensitive electronics are protected. **Q: Are the external carry straps for the bottom of the back included or is that a separate purchase?**
A: External carry straps that stow under the magnetic flaps are included.  They are the shoulder straps for the backpack.  My family has both the 30l and 45l bags and were very happy with them.
