Very easy to mix up and apply if you have some kind of sprayer, applies well and is easy to get into all the crevices of the bark. I already had some white wooly fungus stuff on the tree, which would suggest aphid larvae, but this removed it all with ease. The tree bark now looks kind of clean and fresh and healthy, so I’m hoping I may actually get some apples this year, rather than curled up leaves alive with aphids and the ants which were farming them. Only time will tell. I also bought some sticky anti-climb strips to stop ants climbing the tree, combined they both seem to be working a treat so far.Update: Now at the end of the season, I’m pleased to report that the tree had much less wooly aphid and leaf curl this year, and has produced its first decent crop of apples.
