Dalio offers Principle, after Principle, after lucid all but self-evident Principle, as if he and the reader were both Michaelangelo and we were the block of marble. One of them is, “Everybody has one big thing that’s stopping them. Find it and deal with it.” By the time that nugget shows up, he’s presented sufficient exercises and homework such that “deal with it” is more than do-able.
