Purchasing this kettlebell made so much more sense than buying several kettlebells at different weights. After a couple of "practice rounds" of taking off/adding weight, it's very easy to use. You simply press a button and twist the weights off. My only concern is what happens when the threads of the screw on weights become stripped over time? Will that increase the chance of a weight come flying off? Other than that, it's a great piece of equipment so far. I found the DVD to be very useful. It's a 37 minute warm up/workout/cool down broken up into 5 DVD sections and hosted by Gin Miller. I did the entire DVD on Saturday and on Monday I still feel it in my glutes/arms. I like that the DVD is broken up into sections/chapters so that you can take a break in between circuits or even jump around to fit your fitness needs/time restraints. I also felt that Gin Miller was great at instructing/explaining.. I am interested in researching more of her videos now. I also look forward to using this kettlebell with other workout DVDs involving kettlebells. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking into using a kettlebell for the first time or someone with limited space to store equipment.
